E-mail Design and Campaign Management
To start and develop a relationship with your customers, community or those interested in your organisation, e-mail newsletters have become the de-facto standard way of communicating.
We created our own in-house e-mail system called MEBO to take advantage of e-mail communications. The tool will allow you to:
- add a sign up form to your website to collect name and e-mail address
- use a template for your e-mails that match your website design
- write e-mails and schedule them to be sent out at a later date
- include links to forward message to a friend
- measure the success of your campaigns with real time statistics on who has read the mail and clicked on the links in it
- handle any messages that bounce back from wrong addresses
We can create your e-mail template for you, based on your existing website design, to be exciting, eye-catching and engaging. We also have copywriting and photography services available, that can help you put together the contents of each e-mail.
Most importantly once we have created a template, we make sure that it works in the major e-mail programs, including Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail, Entourage, Mail and more, to make sure it appears correctly.
As well as these standard MEBO features, there are several advance features of the software that make it a winning tool for mobile communications:
Targeting - you can select certain sections of your e-mail subscriber list by filtering the data and only selecting certain people. This is amazingly powerful, allowing you to target certain users for a particular promotion or event.
Conversations - you can easily create two way conversations based on your contacts responses to your messages that you send out through MEBO.
Custom data - if your business or organisation needs to capture extra information about your contacts , such as region or gender, you can set up your own custom fields to store exactly want information you want within MEBO.
SMS - as well as e-mail communication, MEBO allows you to send out texts to your contacts. Please see our page about SMS communications to find out more.
